“Tropische Unterkunft im Herzen von Sigiriya”

The accommodation offers everything needed for a nice stay. Breakfast is freshly and lovingly prepared and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Employees are extremely friendly and accommodating, so you feel immediately welcome and comfortable. Even on excursions you are gladly supported. The breakfast package was especially attentive, prepared for us the night before because we had to leave early for the airport. We could unfortunately not use the nice pool because of our short stay, but it definitely invites relaxation. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime! A small point that caught our attention was the sometimes weak or non‑functional Wi‑Fi. For our stay that was not a big problem. Due to the natural construction and the slightly warped wooden door, it can also happen that a small crawling creature occasionally wanders into the room – which in this tropical environment is of course not unusual. Overall we felt very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay!

Good location 100 meters from the main road and 800/900 from Rock Lion. The staff is terrible but the guys are charming. There are two types of rooms, some you pay a little more for and they are much newer, more private and the pool is perfect, which is useful because it gets hot in Sigiriya. We were lucky to be alone in that area that has 4 rooms, so the pool was just for us. Breakfast very correct, rich fruit, pancakes, freshly made juice, toast and if you wanted something more they would do it. No thing that I didn't like as such. The room wasn't made for you but maybe we didn't ask. In other hotels here they asked me beforehand if they wanted me to make it.

“Best way to start Sri Lanka trip”

I was blown away by how gorgeous the place looked, especially with the lush greenery surrounding it and a pool that instantly made me want to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and shared great recommendations for both Sigiriya and Kandy. My room was spacious and cozy, and Lion Rock was just a short walk away. They even arranged a tuk‑tuk for us at 5.30 am! It was a perfect spot to just relax.
