The hotel was great; the staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. It’s a bit far from Old Delhi, yet there’s a subway station right in front of the property that takes you to most parts of the city.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the quantity and the Tondori Pharatha. The reception staff showed no concern for customers, charged for everything that didn’t make sense, and then left you alone; they seemed indifferent, as if they were in a busy railway station, ignoring problems or requests and treating guests as untrained, unempathetic people. The whole experience made the start of the stay worse.
