The homestay sits in a convenient city spot, just a short auto ride to the bus station and within walking distance of the great evening food market and several breakfast spots. Savitha helped arrange an auto when plans changed and gave useful tips on what to see. My room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of hot water for showers. Since I didn’t have my own transport, staying in the city meant I’d have to hire an auto or scooter to reach the beautiful scenery and coffee plantations; also, the homestay’s many birds can be quite noisy in the morning.

Located in the city center near the bus stand, shops, and eateries, the stay was cozy, homely, and had all the essentials. The lighting was poor, and the window opened onto a terrace that was accessible to passersby.
