The reception was good and there were always places available. The location is good. Ordering drinks via QR codes didn't always work, and the food selection was quite limited, although the options were of good quality.

Everything was simply perfect. Everyone was very friendly, and the whole experience felt like true luxury for us.

“Bien”

The location is great, the activities are fun, and the food variety is good. Cleaning is often rushed and incomplete: sheets aren’t changed even though the green paper says they should be, the bathroom isn’t cleaned properly, and the terrace stays dirty. Once, after only 10 minutes, the room was already marked “finish” even though nothing had been done right. The cleaning lady was also on the phone. I suggest tightening checks to make sure cleaning is really finished. The table allocation system is unnecessary because it makes other guests wait, and sometimes they take the tables that were reserved for us. In my view, the reception is well organized; just ask for the room number. The man in the white T‑shirt who cleans the beach was a source of stress for me; he always comes at the same time to sweep right in front of our loungers. It would be better to clean after guests leave so it doesn’t disturb their relaxation.

This hotel is ideal if you want to relax all day. Maria was fantastic at the front desk. All the food, desserts, gelato bar, and cocktails were perfect, and the evening music was good too. For a 5‑star hotel, it should also have a decent coffee bar with premium coffees and matcha lattes. :)
