I arrived to find that the beds were not normal; the mattress was a disaster, the room felt a bit cold and dark, and the bathroom wasn’t heated, though that was acceptable.

The place looked nice and the price was good, everything seemed available for a stay, there was a shower, toilet inside, and a kitchenette. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable and sagged, the room was small—fine for one person but cramped for two—and there were not enough pots or pans.
