My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of luxury. While the hotel's overall ambiance was welcoming, there were a few issues that detracted from my experience. For instance, I was surprised to find that bathroom towels weren't provided, and I encountered some cleanliness issues during my stay. Additionally, the lift wasn't functioning, and I had to deal with a few pesky mosquitoes in my room.
