Everything else was great: the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food tasted good, and the restaurant had a nice cool breeze, but the shower water was too cold.

The family room was spacious and clean even though the building isn’t new, the staff were friendly and approachable, and the location is just a 4‑minute walk to the restaurant we like, but the neighborhood is noisy because the hotel is surrounded by houses and other establishments.

The hotel wasn’t far from downtown, but in room 104 there were too many mosquitoes, ants, and bedbugs, and the staff didn’t clean the bed properly.
