I liked nothing. Apparently the hotel decided not to comply with the law. I asked for a receipt for a stay I paid for, and they refused, claiming a conflict with Booking. If they had a conflict, they shouldn't have accepted a Booking reservation. As a customer, I shouldn't be the variable for adjustment. So I'm left without a receipt, how do I justify my business trip? How do I get reimbursed? The hotel couldn't care less. In short, avoid it if you're traveling for work.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive, going beyond usual expectations. The central location was perfect with no nighttime disturbances, and the garage facilities for our motorcycles were convenient. On the downside, the mattress felt a bit firm, there were teas in the room but no coffee, ham, etc., and the fridge was too cold at breakfast, making the food feel chilled.
