The place did not match the advertisement; there was no signage, making it hard to find. The room was unclean, lacked Wi‑Fi, tea and coffee facilities, and the TV advertised was missing. There was no ventilation. They were still constructing the property. I didn’t receive breakfast—only a cup of coffee was offered. I booked for two days and, after one, am still pursuing a refund.

I couldn’t locate the property at all, even with the map on the booking site, and when I asked locals they had never heard of it. I had to scramble and book somewhere else. We tried calling the place but got no answer, and any messages we sent were ignored. The hotel finally called us, hung up, and canceled our booking the same day—disappointing. We had to find new accommodation that evening, and the property’s lack of a real address on the listing made navigation impossible. Since they cancelled, we can’t message them, so we’re filing a complaint with the booking platform and waiting for a decision.

Nothing positive because I found the door locked. The person wasn’t waiting for me. Lost in the wilderness after dark, I had to find a road again. I didn’t know where I’d spend the night—an awful ordeal. Still, I used the booking platform to pay a second time and managed to find a cottage in a hurry. Not cool.

The spot was great, the hosts were super welcoming, the dinner was delicious, and the overall value was brilliant.
