The location was very good and the staff were friendly; the room was clean and the beds were very comfy. However, breakfast options were limited to only one type of cheese and one type of ham, a typical English breakfast with scrambled eggs, and there was not much fresh fruit or fresh veg.

It’s convenient for the town centre, and the parking staff helped with gluten‑free options. No issues.

I appreciated that it catered for everyone, including dairy‑free people like me. The soundproofing could be a bit better, but it wasn’t that bad.
