The spot is spot on for wandering Dubrovnik, and the facilities are decent, but the humidity was brutal, making it a nightmare, especially for anyone with asthma or breathing troubles.

The place is in a great spot and pretty quiet, but the mold smell was strong and the cleaning was sketchy, with the floors looking very dirty.

The room is in the heart of the city, no need to climb many stairs or go down, and it’s close to the old town; it comes with a fridge, mugs, and a kettle, plus two large wardrobes, and the bathroom has been renovated and feels nice. For stays longer than a day I wouldn’t recommend it because there are no windows and the humidity is overwhelming; remember it’s a beach spot and nothing dries out; they should put a drying line outside for swimsuits and towels. The room was soaked with moisture, there was a lot of mold especially behind the bed, which isn’t hygienic or healthy, and there were little bugs in the damp—probably not bedbugs since they were on the wall and not the bed, but still unpleasant. One day was perfect, but beyond that it was bad.
