The staff were great, the location was good, and they arranged and paid for a taxi to the train station, which was very nice. The bathtub/shower was difficult to enter and exit without a grab bar, and the tub needs some cleaning.

The hotel sits right in the old city centre, so everything was instantly within reach. The manager was fantastic—he arranged all my day tours, offered solid tips, and was a pleasure to work with. Whenever I needed anything, I just called the front desk and they sorted it out quickly.

This cozy spot is smack in the middle of the action, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. On the downside, the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been; I found hair in one of the beds and the bathroom looked a bit dated. It wasn’t the worst, but a higher cleanliness standard would have improved the experience.

The team was very warm, especially Mr Linn, and the location was spot‑on. A taxi was arranged to pick us up from the airport and waited when we arrived, and another was booked for our return. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and I’d definitely come back.

Muy buena ubicación y desayuno. La habitación era grande y no llegaba el ruido de la calle. Todos los empleados hablaban muy bien inglés y daban consejos útiles para la visita de la ciudad. Nada, todo perfecto
