This accommodation is designed for ease of access, featuring a spacious layout of approximately the same size as our standard rooms. The sleeping area is furnished with either one king-size bed or two double beds, providing a restful retreat. In-room amenities include a range of convenient services and comforts. From the room, guests can take in the surrounding views. Please note that images of this specific room type are currently not available for viewing.
When I arrived, the hotel was closed.
“Slapeloos”
The location matched what we expected for a short stop‑over, but we were missing one bed, the rooms were far too warm to sleep comfortably (outside it was cooler), and the pillows were terrible, so none of us managed more than four hours of sleep—not ideal before a long drive. Breakfast the next morning arrived 1.5 hours late, delaying us on the road, and there was no phone number anywhere to call for help, leaving us either to miss a paid breakfast or wait without any information.
The welcome was friendly, but there was no air conditioning or fan.
“Un vol.”
There was no staff present, so I couldn’t access my reservation and had to book another hotel room—unacceptable.
“Emplacement bien mais chambre décevante.”
The spot on the German border and the place I had to go to were convenient, and Mr. at the reception was kind. It was my wife and kids who traveled. The shared showers and toilets felt like sleeping on a plank, and after that it was just for sleeping.
