I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property's advertisement didn't match the reality I experienced. Upon arrival, I found it tucked away in a secluded location and was greeted by a strong smell of smoke. The rooms were incredibly small, and the towels had hair tangled in them. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
I've been a loyal customer to this hotel for years, always having a great experience when I visit Augusta. However, my latest stay was a bit of a letdown, as the coffee was undrinkable and the food had changed for the worse. It's been a while since I last stayed here, and I noticed that the breakfast wasn't the same as I remembered.
I absolutely love staying at this hotel, it's an amazing place.
