Friendly and helpful staff, good cleaning, good bed and shower. The blanket is too heavy for Indaiatuba’s climate; I mentioned it before but nothing changed, making it unpleasant.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the large green area with a pool was nice.

The atmosphere was great, reception staff were always helpful, the place felt like home, but it wasn't very quiet.

The value for money was good, breakfast was nice, and the green area and pool were well maintained.

I really appreciated the service from reception through to the kitchen and cleaning staff, all very polite and helpful, the parking was good, and breakfast was great, though the mattress felt a bit hard—just normal when you sleep outside your own bed.
