The location was good and the receptionist was friendly. We stayed in room 101, which has no windows, making the room very stuffy, so be sure to ask for a higher floor if you want at least one window to open.

The room’s soundproofing was mediocre, the staff were decent but only moderately helpful, and more enthusiastic support was needed.
