Nothing good to say. The room wasn’t allotted and they told us there were no rooms left.

I went to watch the India vs WI match at Karyavattam and the hotel is close by. It’s listed as 4* on the site and offers a discount, but that’s just a gimmick; the hotel isn’t even worth 1000 per night.

They took an advance of 1,000 but never refunded it. I asked the receptionist, he gave me a number, I called it, but no one answered and they still haven’t returned our money.

It’s within walking distance of Karyavattom junction, but the stay was very disappointing. The room and bathroom were filthy, and the bedsheets, pillows and quilt were visibly used and stained. Even after asking for fresh linen, it wasn’t replaced until late at night, and I had to pick it up myself from reception because room service was unavailable. The cleanliness and housekeeping standards were unacceptable.
