The place was great and very clean and comfortable, but it was relatively noisy because it was right in the city; however, staying on the 4th floor made it acceptable.

The location was convenient, close to the station, and I appreciated the daily bed‑making and cleaning. However, when the promised time for luggage drop‑off arrived, no staff appeared, and I couldn’t reach them by phone, which was frustrating.

The hotel was close to the station, which was handy. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to let us in, and the bathroom was on the opposite side of the hall. The other rooms had en‑suite facilities.
