“Familly weekend”

The staff and services were lightning‑fast, always accommodating and polite. The rooms offered plenty of storage and clever layout, were spotless, and came with vouchers. They agreed to a late check‑out, and on my second visit the service remained excellent and quicker than any other hotel we've stayed at. The bidet and shower had strong water pressure, the bathroom included a bathtub, pillows were soft, and there was a small movable table. Water was plentiful, tissues were refilled, and extra towels and pillows were provided. Every team member—front desk, housekeeping, bellboys, security, and restaurant—was attentive, well‑trained, pleasant, and treated guests like VIPs; they deserve a raise! Among the eight different hotels we’ve visited in Qatar, this one had the best staff so far. The gym was large. The bed wasn’t that soft; I’d prefer a softer mattress. There were too many mirrors in the toilet and room. I’d like bacon, sausage, or hot meat for breakfast, and cooked rice if possible. I was surprised that hot chocolate wasn’t included in the buffet, unlike coffee, which other hotels offer. The indoor pool had strong chlorine.

The staff were great and helpful, and the value for money was good. I wouldn’t give it five stars, but it’s the only hotel in Doha I’ve visited that’s rated as five stars; the others I’ve seen feel more like four or even three stars.
