The hotel was pretty good, I liked it - it's in a great location.
The reception staff were super friendly and respectful.

I was shocked by the smell in the room even though I requested a non‑smoker; the cigarette odor was unpleasant and the room itself had a bad general scent.
“It's average room and facilities staffs very friendly and good behavior”
I found nothing positive, and the swimming pool was a downside.
The price was reasonable, but most staff were not friendly and never smiled except for one waiter, who was good during breakfast.
Everything was good, and there was nothing negative.
The location, staff, service, cleanliness, and nearby amenities make this hotel my top choice in Ajman; the staff are very cooperative, and parking is available.
