We really liked the concept behind the accommodation and the combination and preservation of the original elements of the property. Perhaps some cleaning and room presentation details still need work, but it’s clear there’s effort to reach a higher level.

A nice place with a great rural experience and a super comfortable room. A great option for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a few days and connecting with nature. Five stars for the host who makes us feel right at home!

The owner was friendly and helpful, the decor and room details were refined, and the place felt calm and peaceful—great for escaping everyday stress. The rooms lack TVs, which we liked, though that might not be everyone’s preference. The entrance and surrounding grounds could use better upkeep, especially the vegetation. Breakfast was somewhat limited in variety and portion size, so that’s an area for improvement. There’s no on‑site restaurant, but a good one is nearby. It’s an intriguing project with lots of potential, just needs a few more touches.
