The hotel was very welcoming, the staff very pleasant, the cafeteria offered an extensive healthy menu and the food quality was excellent. Nothing that I didn’t already like.

Great location with an exceptional café/cake shop downstairs, breakfast was fabulous and all the staff were lovely. Our only issue was a very poor view from our room of scaffolding, but we were only there for a one night stay so not a big issue.

Two blocks from La Catedral del Pilar, many businesses nearby and tapas bars, the air conditioning was perfect with excellent cold. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I could sleep very well; there was no outside noise thanks to the double windows. The bathroom was very small and its sink was equally small; they didn’t leave enough toilet paper, so after the room was cleaned I had to request it twice.
