The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly kind, especially the woman at the restaurant and the guys at reception who helped us a lot. Thanks a lot. The only downside was the sofa, which was very uncomfortable on the first night, so I asked for another mattress.

I was clean but the staff member acted arrogant and showed a bad attitude. I had a request but they were stubborn and showed no hospitality, making me feel like a stranger. They clearly didn't like me, and when I said "No we can't NO!!! It's impossible!! No," they just shrugged it off. This is what you get.

The location was great for trams and buses to the lake, just a few stops away, and the free travel pass for ferry, tram, and bus was included with the hotel stay in Geneva 😊. No complaints at all.

Ficamos no quarto 201
