The property blends into nature, offers silence, respects time and space, and Cinzia—an exceptional, sweet, and accommodating owner—provides excellent, varied breakfast and fulfills every request; there is a relaxing area with a book corner and plenty of games for kids, and Cinzia also recommended great dinner spots; no negatives.

Un petit paradis perché au frais face à Saint Marin. Vue exceptionnelle 👍 Accueil au top avec organisation de livraison de pizzas 😋 Belle chambre confortable bien ventilée à l'étage. balcon avec vue sur les champs et le panorama. Des espaces pour prendre le repas . Chaises longues. Cuisine à disposition. Petit déjeuner royal avec dégustation de charcuterie et fromage de la région et oeufs de la ferme. Des hôtes aux petits soins. Bref un lieu où il est possible d'envisager un séjour prolongé au calme total. Les nuits sont étoilées et rythmées par le chant des grillons. Rien

We had a truly pleasant stay; Cinzia was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available; breakfast was a highlight with homemade cakes and sweets that were all delicious; the view from the property was beautiful and added to the enjoyment; we also appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and order.
