The place is in a safe spot and the location is solid.

Nothing as the location is 1 mile away from the beach named as Marina guest house. Alex Beach Inn doesn't exists at the location provided on the site and once contacted the person on the phone (Alex) asked us to get to Marina guest house opposite Paradise village and he disappeared once he got the money, no WiFi no hot water and no television. (All the good reviews for the Alex Beach inn are fake that's how we got tricked)
