Close to the center, the staff are responsive – smiling and nice girls! No parking! The receptionist gave us a nearby location but didn’t tell us the parking was paid – we had to pay for a full day! The room’s air‑conditioning leaked!!!

The location is central… everything was fine. Clean room with air conditioning, fridge, and bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Parking was secured.

We were very satisfied with the time we spent at the hotel; the staff’s smiles and hospitality impressed us a lot. Even though we arrived around 03.00, the front‑desk staff welcomed us warmly at the door, found a suitable parking spot for us, and personally escorted us to the parking with our car. We are very grateful for that kindness and helpfulness. Breakfast was tasty, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is very central. We recommend it without hesitation and would definitely stay here again if we return to Çanakkale. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was fine.
