Cleanliness, quiet, environment, great staff who liked our son, the kids' corner and sandbox were super! The bathroom had a bad smell, and the soap dispensers in the shower could have been better.

A very pleasant, cozy hotel in the heart of Šumava. Great location for outings. Spacious, clean rooms and very friendly staff. We ordered half‑board and had no regrets; the food was truly tasty and varied, each could choose what they liked. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We missed some drawers or shelves in the bathroom. We had to keep cosmetics and toiletries in a bag on the floor. A wardrobe with drawers for underwear, etc., would be useful. If you don’t like huge, overstuffed pillows, bring your own; the pillows were really mega‑big.

The staff would rank first – always pleasant, attentive, kind people. Everyone says they come back repeatedly. Breakfast was varied and excellent. The location is absolutely great. Beautiful nature, a view of it, and a superb starting point for hiking.

Breakfast offers a wide range that satisfies almost everyone. The breakfast window from 8:00 to 10:00 is convenient, giving plenty of time for local excursions. The only thing we can point out is the firmness of the bed. We’re used to a firm mattress, but we understand it may not suit everyone. Also, occasional conversations from the adjacent room can be heard, especially in the morning or at night when it’s quiet.
