The room was run down and dirty—broken wardrobe door, stains on the walls and door that even looked like blood, a rusted shower that didn’t work properly because the shower head kept falling off and misdirecting the water; it felt grimey and I only stayed because the sheets were clean, but nothing else felt clean. I had to ask for a new towel because the one in the room was dirty when I checked in. People were smoking in their rooms on the same corridor, so my room also smelled of smoke. The staff were friendly enough, but I didn’t feel entirely safe or comfortable staying there as a woman on my own. My room was on the side of the road, so it was pretty noisy late into the night. It was a good location for me and there was free car parking, but otherwise, I couldn’t recommend it and will definitely not be returning.

It was very dated, with wallpaper hanging off the walls and dirty areas around the bathroom, but I had a shower as soon as I got home.

The central location was good, but it wasn’t that clean; a sock had been left over the smoke detector in my room.

The price was great and parking was free, but the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and the shower pressure was very poor.
