Everything was perfect for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The location is beautiful, with direct access to the beach and a stunning view. The resort offers great facilities, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time at Tropicana Resort Phu Quoc. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and create wonderful memories. We would happily return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Phu Quoc. The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that they didn’t force me to stay longer! 😂 Everything was so nice that leaving felt like the hardest part of the vacation. I would have happily stayed for another week

“Estadia em família”

We were looking forward to a beach getaway, but the persistent rain and rough seas meant we couldn't swim, even though the beachfront room was almost on the sand. The family unit was roomy and cozy, with one bedroom sporting a double bed and TV, and another larger bedroom with a king‑size bed, TV, minibar, side table, and armchairs. A glass‑enclosed shower rounded out the bathroom, and a porch offered sun loungers and a clothes rack. Breakfast was served outdoors with a wide selection, and the pool was huge, always warm, and full of loungers. Shops and restaurants were a short walk away. On the first night we tried Tween's Kitchen, just steps from the hotel entrance, and kept returning because it was great. The town center was a bit too far to walk, but a Grab ride cost about €1 each way, and we used Grab to get around the island. Cleanliness could use work; walls had marks that looked like small insect traces, and we found geckos in our room—if that bothers you, book on an upper floor of the main building.

The location and the staff were good. The particular breakfast items that we felt needed cooling were not cooled.
