D. Fátima is the soul of this place, always friendly and helpful. The cleaning was immaculate, and having a microwave, fridge, and tables on the terrace for quick meals was convenient. The location is great, right in the center of Vila Real de Santo António. The room was small, especially the bathroom. The window glass was broken and patched with tape, and the tiny bathroom door couldn't be closed because it was patched. Given the price and service, it was expected, but I suggest some minor renovations and better use of space with newer, more comfortable furniture.

The elderly lady at reception was sweet and professional. The room was very small and old, and the bathroom was in unacceptable condition and urgently needed renovation.
