The breakfast is very good, but access to the property is limited and not much can be done about that.

The staff were pleasant, and the AC was already on when we arrived. However, we had to wear shoes to walk around the room because of a hole in the floor and broken vinyl planks by the bed, and we had to lift dirty ones in the bathroom. Two cop cars pulled up to attend a situation as we arrived, and everything outside the room was grubby and littered.

The location was good and the breakfast was great! The only downside was the need to clean the parking area outside the room.
