The location was great, close to everything, the room I stayed in had some minor issues but nothing that really bothered me, although the air conditioning was bad, the TV and YouTube didn't work, and the kitchen was poorly ventilated and very cramped. The staff were excellent, and the pool was clean. The air conditioning didn't work properly, the kitchen had dirty utensils, and the TV didn't work either.

The spot is great and the leisure area feels comfortable, but the room was so stuffy it made my rhinitis flare up. Other than that, everything was decent.

The location is spot‑on – right in Ponta Negra with the beach behind the hotel, which is perfect. Unfortunately, there are a lot of stairs, no shower head in the bathroom, the TV is dead, and I couldn't catch the World Cup because the staff couldn't fix it. The kitchen appliances were also pretty rusty.

The place is in a great spot, super clean, and the apartment comes fully equipped. The only downside is the sheer number of stairs.

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfy and fully set up for cooking, and the pool and beach are just a short walk away. The only annoyance was that after five days the towels were never changed.
