“Dormimos con la habitación innundada, en vacaciones😭”

Nos gustó las playas que visitamos y la comida del restaurante. La habitación para 4 adultos era muy pequeña, sin mesita para la comida, sin refrigeradora para agua fría, y los enchufes estaban en mal estado; al traer una refri el enchufe malo se inundó la habitación. La piscina estaba DEMASIADO SUCIA, no pudimos disfrutarla; los alrededores estaban limpios, pero el agua de la piscina era negra de suciedad 🙌 hace años no era así, daba gusto meterle a la piscina.

Unfortunately, I was booked into a villa but ended up in a different room, and the pool was not an option for me. This experience was disappointing and fell short of my expectations.

“Wonderful staff that went above and beyond for us!!! 👌”

This hotel offered a delightful outdoor space, particularly suitable for young children, but the interior areas were somewhat basic and not ideal for relaxation. However, the hotel exceeded expectations in other aspects. The overall experience was pleasant, with some minor drawbacks.

“Necesita una renovación y mantenimiento en sus habitaciones”

Although the staff was friendly and attentive, the room was in poor condition, with old and dirty mattresses, and the air conditioning was not working. However, the beautiful location and good restaurant made up for some of the issues.
