The pool and sauna were fine, and breakfast was also okay. However, the front‑desk staff were not always present; when I called, no one answered. On arrival day I mentioned a broken chair, but it was still in the room on day four of my stay.

The hotel is good, the rooms are tidy, Wi‑Fi is good, and the parking is large. Nearby are shops and game rooms. The mini spa, sauna, and pool are super; I recommend it. The hotel is very good.

The staff were helpful and professional, and dogs are welcome. The inventory was worn.

We were so disappointed that we left immediately. The place is extremely old, and its location alone makes it unrecommendable. In Wismar you’ll find much nicer proper hotels; this one feels more like a youth hostel or nursing home. The furnishings are outdated and worn, the building smells unpleasant, and the surroundings are really not nice.

Das Hotel ist veraltet. Es ist schwierig sich mit dem Personal deutsch zu unterhalten. Das Frühstück war einfach nur schlecht. Es fehlte an den einfachsten Sachen. Das Beste vom Hotel ist der Wellnessbereich
