They were flexible with check‑in and the price was good, and the bedroom was nice, but there was no cleaning during my stay, I never saw any staff, and the neighborhood was noisy until after midnight.

The room layout is excellent, and when I complained about the third bedroom listed online, Syria promptly assigned it; the bathroom linens were complete. However, the apartment lacks kitchen utensils—no spoons, glasses, mugs, or cooking items—and the hair dryer doesn’t work.
