The location and room space were fine, but the shower didn’t drain properly and was very narrow to exit, impossible for a non‑slim person. The TV remote had no batteries, so we couldn’t use it, and the bar closed too early at night. The wardrobe door couldn’t be opened fully.

The staff at the front desk and the breakfast service were friendly. The spa experience was disappointing; they didn’t give us any attention, which is unacceptable for a four‑star hotel.

I stayed in a room that was huge, with a gigantic and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was also quite large and fully equipped. The tiny fridge in the room was very handy, and the location was excellent with everything nearby. The room was clean, but I found a cotton swab on the floor and a bathroom glass in its protective bag, both a bit dirty when I pulled them out.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the lack of parking.

The room was very large. Nothing else to note.
