I liked the room and the breakfast, but the towels never got changed and the room wasn’t tidied up…😔

The place is great, close to the rodeo park, staff are polite and helpful, parking is ample, cleanliness is perfect, and breakfast is excellent; the only downside is that on rodeo days the breakfast could start at 11 hrs.
Breakfast and room were fine, but the receptionist seemed annoyed when I asked for a printed receipt, acting like I was being demanding and a snob; among all the Ibis hotels, these are the worst front‑desk staff, especially since they had promised no issues at check‑in, yet the night shift says one thing and the next day another person says something different.
