The area felt dull, trash everywhere, the kettle didn’t work, and the toilet roof was broken.

The soap holders by the sink and in the shower were completely missing, as were the soap and shower gel; I mentioned this at checkout. The reception lady was both friendly and humorous, replying, “Thank you, let’s see what we can do, how we can fix.”
