Good breakfast, room facing the meadow so very quiet. A bit of a lack of light in the hallway of the rooms.

Close to the center. Quiet. A bit old‑fashioned.

The lodge sits in a lovely spot and the view is superb; the outdoor dining area is pleasant. However, the grounds need work—there are weeds, a wood pile by the lodges, and dead trees in pots that look unsightly, and the Wi‑Fi was non‑functional.

The place lives up to its name: it’s a cozy inn where you can relax. The setting is peaceful and restful, and you can swim in the pond next to it, which is especially nice on hot days.
