I’ve stayed at this place five times, always requesting a double room with two beds and a shower. For the second year in a row, they gave me a room without a shower, and this year they promised a shower but with a double bed. My friends and I, who are a heterosexual couple, ended up with a room that had three beds and a bathtub, which I couldn’t use because of my disability. When I mentioned it at reception, they said it was impossible to change it since the hotel was fully booked. I don’t think I’ll come back; two consecutive years with the same shower issue is baffling.

Everything was great: the room was clean, the staff were very friendly, the buffet was free for both breakfast and lunch and unbeatable, and the location is perfect. I liked everything.
