The staff are great, especially Manoj who always looked after us in the restaurant. Room cleaning is very good and everything in the hotel is generally kept spotless, though our bed was actually broken and not the most comfy.

The hotel was fantastic, close to the beach, offering every possible service so guests are always cared for. It has a pool and a beach bar where you can have lunch, and if you’re not all‑inclusive you get a discount. The food is uniquely tasty, portions are huge, prices are quite reasonable, and the service is fantastic. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was plain but nothing was missing, and I don’t think anything extra is needed. When we arrived late at night a very friendly boy greeted us at reception, but afterwards several women at the desk showed no care toward guests; the stay would have been much better if someone who not only served but also showed genuine concern was present.

The hotel was excellent, I would highly recommend. Clean, food was great, good selection of drinks for all‑inclusive, cocktails freshly made – would definitely go back.

The location was good, but the food and drinks were awful; we ate out every night, which we expected from the reviews. We stayed here because of the location to beautiful beaches.
