I never heard back about my reservation request, and when I finally got there they told me it wasn’t even booked.

The staff were friendly and the bed and sheets were clean, but the parking was a nightmare—tight spots that made you worry about scratching your car, and the TV was a pain to start up, needing extra remotes and only a few channels.

The room was small but adequate for a night’s sleep and shower, yet when we arrived the front desk said our booking was cancelled and the price had changed because it was a holiday, even though we had a printed confirmation.

The bed was comfortable, but the loud music all night made it impossible to sleep.
