The location in central Madrid is fantastic, the bed is comfy and the linens are nice, but the bathroom feels a bit small and may not fit everyone. Check‑in and communication went smoothly, yet we couldn’t activate our electronic key before arrival. It’s very close to the Opera station and the surrounding area. The only booking on our recent Spain trip that sent us fake WhatsApp messages after booking—always verify with the hotel via Booking before replying to unknown numbers claiming to be from the hotel.

The location is ideal, but the self‑check‑in isn’t well explained and is a disaster. On top of that, there’s only a ceiling‑mounted shower in the bathroom with no low‑flow hose—very unpleasant and impractical.
