The biggest positives are the ambience and location. The hotel building sits on a hill in a pine forest. The only downside: I only had three soap bars in the bathroom. Maybe a few more for travelers like us who always have a backpack :)

The location is always great, right by the sea. Unfortunately, there’s no coffee machine or kettle in the apartment, and the unit feels old‑fashioned after 42 years.

The spot is perfect, facing the Adriatic Sea. The staff are welcoming, and housekeeping comes daily. The equipment is outdated, but the essentials are there to make the stay pleasant.

The room’s sea view is nice, even with the trees and the quiet vibe. The room and bathroom weren’t clean, and the breakfast was cold. We only ate there twice in seven days, and the restaurant only once – it felt pricey for basic, lukewarm dishes. The hotel photos don’t match the reality now that trees have grown, cutting the sea view. The worst part was the pillows, supposedly 20 years old and useless, no support. Storage was tight; only one wardrobe.

The location is gorgeous, surrounded by pine trees and close to the sea. The stairs are a lot!
