It was very close to the wedding venue that we were attending. The place was old and outdated, it just smelled like it needed a freshener.

Beautiful, perfect location. Very clean. Heating worked super fast. Lovely surroundings and gardens. Very quiet. No lounge area to sit together in the evening and relax, so we all went to our bedrooms where it was warm and cozy

“A nice short getaway surrounded by lots of native gardens .”

The place is surrounded by a lovely garden visible from every window, and a lot of pretty birds visit mainly in the mornings. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, and the host left some food items, snacks, fruit, and even made brownies for us, which was very thoughtful. The location is very quiet. The kitchenette only has a microwave and toaster, so making scrambled eggs would have been nice. Overall it was clean, but our bedhead was dusty. All appliances were turned off, so you need to program the TV and microwave before use. The host is very protective of her belongings and prefers ordinary Manchester to be used. She also quickly accused us of breaking the blind chain, which we didn’t.
