The entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great—a mix of continental and Nepali fare with an omelette station. After checking out, I asked in the evening if I could shower again before my flight, and they said no problem; that's not something you expect everywhere. Hospitality is clearly a priority here. Absolutely recommended.
Everything was fine, but the rooms were a bit small.

This hotel is fantastic and everything was flawless. The reception and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It sits in the main historic area, within walking distance of all attractions, and cafes, restaurants, and shops are just outside the door, down a quiet lane away from the busy street. I loved my room because it had a balcony that let me open the door for fresh air. The room size and bathroom were generous, with plenty of hot water, a kettle, and a fridge. I didn't use the TV or Wi‑Fi. Both the room and the hotel were spotless, with daily cleaning and fresh towels and water. The price included an excellent buffet breakfast featuring Nepalese and Western dishes. It's one of the best budget hotels I've stayed in, and I highly recommend it. Absolutely nothing to complain about 😄
