We could not get in for 20 minutes and were kept outside in the cold because the door was broken. It smelled when you walked in, and they wanted another £100 deposit that I only learned about via email after we had already traveled there.

I like the cleaning and the location of the stay is good. However, I have noticed a couple of problems with the room: during the daytime there is an exhaust fan/ventilation system just outside my window, and it is quite noisy, which makes it difficult to relax in the room.

“Good value basic accommodation close to Liverpool City centre.”

The location was good for the city, a 5‑minute walk from Lime St Station, the bed was very comfortable, the shared bathroom was clean, and the building felt secure, but the keypad on the door handles was hard to use and the machinery behind the window was loud, so we kept the window closed.
