The staff were friendly, but there was no lamp for working and no shampoo in the room.

We loved the location, the elevator was a lifesaver for two older adults, the breakfast was tasty, the staff were kind, hot water worked, security felt solid, and the area was quiet. The laundry was broken, and the room was fixed before check‑out, which was a hassle because we had to use the bathroom and washbasin, and there were no towels to dry our hands. We let the hotel know about these two issues.
