The location was good, but the workers arrived as guests in filthy clothes and the staff actually argued with me about it. I left a day early and paid for a day’s accommodation. Also, a female staff member told me I couldn’t eat in the bar, even though Zi was a guest. These people need to go to customer‑relations school.

I loved the property, but they wouldn’t refund the fee when the Hillclimb was cancelled. The rating is for hotels combined.
