The apartment is large, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. It has a beautiful view toward the lemon and olive hills, and the cherry on the cake is an excellent view toward Capri Island. With a comfortable mattress, quality linens, clean, nicely scented. Everything is new, well maintained. Climate and heating function, if you need it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you want to cook, oven, stove. The dressing is well designed and equipped, with a safe for valuables, ironing board, auxiliary folding beds, and other accessories, a washing machine, on the terrace a clothes drying line. Tony, Giusy, and Luigi welcome you warmly and advise you on everything you request. Tony speaks English well. Parking, in a common courtyard, with an automatic access gate. You’ll receive a remote control for using it and the area around the apartment where you stay. Giusy and Luigi, his wife and his son, live next to the apartment, in a similar apartment. The terrace has a table with 4 plastic chairs where you can drink coffee, smoke, eat, and admire the view, and in the distance Capri Island. Smoking is not allowed inside but only outside and that’s very good. Access to the property is a bit problematic. If you come by bus, you have to carry your luggage by hand 120 m from the road. I rented a car, but a small car, a Fiat Panda. A larger one doesn’t fit. The access gang must be traversed slowly and carefully because it’s narrow and about 60 m.
